How Your Kit Is Built
Hand-Forged Enclosures
Step 1Every housing is CNC-machined and hand-finished in our Arizona forge. No off-the-shelf boxes — each enclosure is purpose-built for your bike's year, make, and model.
3–5 days
Component Calibration
Step 2We bench-test every amp, speaker, and controller before it ever touches a motorcycle. Crossover points, impedance curves, and thermal profiles are verified under load.
2–3 days
Custom Bracket Fabrication
Step 3Mounting hardware is laser-cut and powder-coated specifically for your fairing geometry. We do not ship universal brackets that require grinding or drilling.
1–2 days
Quality Assurance & Packaging
Step 4Final QA includes a 24-hour burn-in test, corrosion resistance check, and impact-rated packaging. Your kit ships insured and tracked.
1–2 days
Carrier & Insurance
FedEx Ground with full value insurance and signature confirmation. Every package is impact-rated and weather-sealed before leaving the forge.
Coverage Area
Contiguous United States as standard. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations available by request through our support team.
Tracking & Updates
You will receive tracking within 24 hours of dispatch, plus build milestone emails so you know exactly where your kit is in the forge.

Why does it take 1–2 weeks?
Every Blackforge system is built to order. We do not pull pre-assembled units off a warehouse shelf. Your kit is forged, calibrated, and tested specifically for your motorcycle.
Can I rush my order?
At this time we do not offer rush builds. The forging and calibration process cannot be safely shortened without compromising acoustic performance or thermal reliability.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders can be arranged via our support team on a case-by-case basis.
What carrier do you use?
All domestic shipments go out via FedEx Ground with full insurance and signature confirmation. Tracking is provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
What if my bike is not in your fitment list?
Contact us before ordering. If we do not have bracket templates for your specific model, we may be able to engineer a custom solution. Lead times may extend for first-fit bikes.
